• Delivery: Digital items are delivered via email links or direct download portals upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Physical Goods & International Shipping

• Fulfillment: We process and ship physical items within our stated handling times. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.
• Import Duties & Taxes: For international buyers, you are strictly recognized as the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying any customs clearances, import duties, VAT, or local taxes levied by your destination country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees

Our refund policy operates alongside your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and equivalent international consumer protections.

• Physical Goods: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for physical products. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at the buyer's shipping expense, unless the product is faulty.
• Digital Downloads: Due to the immediate, reproducible nature of digital content, all digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been generated or accessed, except where required under the consumer guarantees of the ACL (e.g., if the file is corrupted or misdescribed).
